The plays were varied, interesting, often quite relevant, and all of them entertaining. It is a pretty cool concept, and despite the challenges, the venue is also great to work in. Congratulations, and I would love the opportunity to participate next year!

The 2nd Annual Festival of one act plays came back to the prestigious Snap’d Auditorium at the magnificent Old Town Hall in historic downtown Newmarket on the first weekend in October and featured six splendid One-Act plays over three nights. This year’s line-up included the world premiere of “Warren and the Polar Bear”

It was my pleasure to direct “The Ordinary Princess” for the One-Act Play Festival. It was my first directing project outside of school and it was a fantastic experience for me and my cast, and a wonderful learning opportunity for me. I hope that I get to participate in the festival again!
